K-Offset Change Times

The baseband spec does not make it absolutely clear,
but in the the frequency hop selection algorithms for the Page &
Inquiry substate (page135/136) , the K-offset changes every 16
time slots (10ms).
There is nothing wrong with the sample data supplied
with the spec, it is correct, as here the K-offset changes every 16
clocks.
