Bluetooth SMD Antenna
concept
This surface-mounted, high-performance minature antenna is intended for
use with all 2.4Ghz application where small size and low weight are key
factors. The antenna reguires a groundplane, i.e. your device acts an
active part of the antenna and thus demands careful consideration
concerning its placements.
The environment around the antenna will influence the antenna impedance.
In order to ensure 50 Ohm impedance it is necessary to match the antenna
with external components for each particular application.
Typical applications: PDAs, notebooks and industrial applications.
Bluetooth ICM Antenna
concept
Internal Case-Mounted for PCBs. Very small, high-performance antennas
that are mounted on the case separate from the PCB but use contact points
on it. Thus they require no space on PCBs. ICM antennas are tailored to
customer requirements and product design. Multiband antennas are also
possible.
Typical applications PDAs, handheld devices, devices with limited PCB
space.
Technical facts: Internal Case-Mounted 1/2 wave antenna independent of
ground plane. Only the contact pad requires space on the PCB: the antenna
is mounted as an integrated part of the device casing. The antenna size,
location and contact pads can be customized to suit the customer
application.

Snap-in
Flavus
This is our standard Snap-In Antenna intended for all 2.4 GHz
applications where very high performance is combined with low profile
snap-in assembly directly on the printed circuit board. Since this is a
half- wave antenna it is independent of ground plane to ensure stable
performance.
For optimal cost/performance this antenna package includes measurements
and custom tuning together with technical support. (in order to eliminate
the influence on performance that the environment around the antenna
otherwise can have).
Internal 1/2 wave antenna independent of ground plan.
Surface-mounted. Size: 8x27x3.8 mm. Typical applications: Notebooks,
PDA's, industrial applications.
