Class 1 Bluetooth Power Amplifier
SiGe's PA2423MB Class 1 Bluetooth power amplifier (PA) is the most
efficient device of its kind available today, achieving a power-added
efficiency of 45 percent when operated in class AB mode. This accounts for
the efficiency of the entire chip: in terms of output stage collector
efficiency alone, this PA achieves 61percent.

Class 1 Bluetooth Power Amplifier
SiGe's Class 1 Bluetooth PA2423G power amplifier (PA) is the smallest,
most efficient product of its kind in the world today. Known as a flip
chip, it measures just 0.63 mm x 0.96 mm–making it significantly smaller
than any of its plastic-packaged counterparts. Achieving a power-added
efficiency of 50 percent at 22.5 dBm output power, this two-stage PA makes
extensive use of a BiCMOS process, drawing on all the advantages of silicon
germanium to deliver more power and performance than any competing
amplifier.

Class 1 Bluetooth Power Amplifier
SiGe's Class 1 Bluetooth PA2423L power amplifier (PA) is the world's
smallest fully encapsulated package solution. Its six-lead LPCC package
measures just 1.6 mm x 3.0 mm (4.8mm 2 ), making it ideal for laptops,
personal computers, printers and other electronic consumer devices. Even as
it reduces form factor, the PA2423L provides extremely efficient output
power, enhancing any Class 1 Bluetooth application.
