you can synchronize your phone by starting the synchronization from

6800 The Nokia 6800 messaging device can use SyncML technology
to make it even easier. SyncML is a cross-platform tool for
exchanging and synchronizing data over remote networks, which means
you don't have to be near your computer to update your calendar or
contacts.
