system.

Memberships.

- We've upgraded our server. Apologies for any inconvenience during the
change-over.

- Due to a 3000% rise in bandwidth charges recently, many of our larger
pages and downloads now require premium membership (the 'user pays'
principle).
Up until now our ISP has been very reasonable regarding our bandwidth, but
we are now required to pay for our excess usage and must pass this cost on
to our visitors.
